Super Bass
JFET Marshall Super Bass in a box, with an Open/Closed cab switch that takes it from clean to high gain.
Keeley's take on the 1967 Marshall Super Bass — the 100-watt head that Hendrix, Clapton, and Trower all leaned on. This is a JFET amp-in-a-box voiced after that amplifier's signature midrange and bloom, not a pedal for bass guitar. Level, Tone, and Drive cover the usable range, and the Open/Closed switch flips between an open-back cab response (looser, cleaner, more top end) and a closed 4x12 (tighter, darker, more saturation).
Built as a $99 Sweetwater exclusive alongside the Soft Reverb and SUNS Ultravoid Fuzz, and made in the USA. It sits in the same amp-in-a-box family as Keeley's El Rey Dorado (Plexi) and the 1962 (Bluesbreaker).
Best on guitar for players chasing Super Bass-style rock tones without dragging a half-stack out of the house.
