The Mop Top Liverpool is a Character Plus SansAmp from Tech 21 voiced after a Top Boost Vox, with a Dallas Rangemaster-style treble booster built into the front end.
Its A and B Character settings mirror opposite Treble and Bass positions of a Vox amp, and the SansAmp circuit lets it run direct or into an amp. It covers chimey Vox cleans, jangly boosted rhythm and cranked British-invasion drive from a single pedal, with the Rangemaster giving that classic 1960s bite.
