Mutant Spacebat of Doom

The Mutant Spacebat of Doom is Lightning Wave's departure from their modulation lineup into dual-channel dirt. The PRE channel serves as an input preamp, while the DEATH RAY channel delivers thick fuzz distortion ranging from aggressive overdrive to full doom territory. An LPF control rolls off high frequencies, and a center-mounted TRIMMER adjusts the DEATH RAY's top end (or becomes a bias control when the internal MEGA switch is engaged).

Six internal DIP switches provide deep customization: three clipping options, a TYPE switch for PRE channel voicing, separate input level settings for both channels, and MEGA mode for more extreme gain textures. A six-position LED color selector lets you pick the glow of the floating Spacebat display, which pulses and shifts color in response to your playing.
