Ghost

The Ghost is Lightning Wave's optical tremolo from Dunedin, New Zealand, built around the same waveform-drawing platform as the Astro phaser. A large fader lets players sketch any LFO shape they want, and the pedal stores those shapes across five color-coded preset banks. The optical modulation path keeps the signal transparent while delivering everything from hard volume cuts to warm, rounded swells.

A 255-step sequencer mode opens up rhythmic patterns far beyond what a standard tremolo can do. Tap tempo with 1-8x subdivisions locks to your playing, and bidirectional CV I/O (0-5V) with S-trig or V-trig sync integrates with drum machines and synths. Expression pedal input can control depth or wave speed on the fly.
