Dark Master Echo
Tape-echo-style delay with warbled repeats, up to ~500ms, and a low-pass Dark control.
The Dark Master is a delay voiced after vintage tape echo units, with softened, slightly warbled repeats rather than clean digital ones. Four controls keep it simple: Mix, Feedback, a Time knob reaching about 500ms, and a Dark control that low-pass filters the repeats so each echo gets murkier as it decays, the way an old tape machine loses high end. The dry signal path stays analog while the delay line is digital, so the effect sits on top of an untouched core tone. Longer feedback settings push into self-oscillating runaway for ambient and doom textures. It runs on 9V center-negative from an isolated supply and draws 65mA.
