The Pocket Weasel is an original Fredric Effects fuzz built around a distinctive, wah-like tone control that sweeps across a wide frequency range, moving from a bass boost through vocal, wah-like midrange and up into biting treble. The circuit is a simplified Harmonic Energizer with an added fuzz section, plus a germanium transistor gain stage for extra texture and grit. It covers cocked-wah fuzz tones and filtered lead sounds in one box. Handmade in the UK by Fredric Effects.
