Deeply Unpleasant Companion MkII

The Deeply Unpleasant Companion MkII reworks the Shin-Ei FY-2 Companion Fuzz for bass, preserving the low end that the original circuit normally strips away. A clean blend mixes dry signal back in to keep notes solid under the fuzz, and gain, tone and mid-scoop controls shape the dirt. Push-buttons bypass the tone and blend circuits or swap the order of the tone and scoop stages, so it covers everything from subtle grit to a hollow, scooped roar.
