Disaster Transport
EQD's original modulated delay — 625ms of analog-voiced echo with Rate and Depth modulation.
The Disaster Transport was one of EarthQuaker's earliest delay pedals — an analog-voiced digital delay with an all-analog dry path, up to 625ms of delay time, and a dedicated modulation section. Time sweeps from roughly 30ms to 625ms. Mix acts as a master volume for the delayed signal, with unity around noon and boost available past it. Tone replaces the heavier filtering found on the earliest versions and lets the player shape the repeats toward more natural tape-like darkness or brighter clarity. Rate and Depth control modulation, from subtle warble to ultra-fast tremolo-speed wobble; an LED pulses with the rate. Repeats sets feedback from single slapback to self-oscillation. True bypass. The pedal that started the EQD delay lineage.
