JD Simo signature germanium Zonk-style fuzz with bias and a mid-smoothing switch.

The Secret Weapon MKII is blues-rock guitarist JD Simo's signature version of DanDrive's Secret Engine germanium fuzz, hand-wired in Germany.

It keeps the Zonk-inspired germanium voice and adds a Bias control to dial in sputter and gating and a Mid switch that smooths the response, giving a versatile, expressive fuzz. It reacts strongly to picking and guitar volume for everything from thick sustain to spitty, broken textures. It works as a raw main fuzz or stacked in front of a drive for extra saturation.
