The Bowman Drive

The Bowman is the flagship overdrive from Bowman Audio Endeavors, a transparent drive in the Klon Centaur lineage. Gain, Tone and Output controls cover the range from a clean boost through to a fuller, mid-pushed overdrive, keeping note clarity and the underlying character of the amp rather than reshaping it. Built with an emphasis on NOS components and germanium diodes, it leans toward a smooth, slightly thick breakup as the gain climbs, and works both as a standalone drive and as a boost stacked in front of other dirt. Hand-built in Oradell, New Jersey.
