B-502 Empire

The B-502 Empire is a two-channel analog overdrive/distortion from Big Joe, with two independent gain circuits that run individually or stacked together. Each channel has its own Firm/Sponge mode toggle for a tighter or looser feel, and the channel order can be swapped for different stacking flavors.

Channel A offers Presence, Drive, Output, Body and Attack; Channel B adds Gain, Output and Tone; and a Line Drive control provides up to +15dB of clean boost. A toggle switches the whole pedal between true bypass and buffered operation. Runs on 9V DC center-negative, and accepts 12V or 18V for extra headroom.
