RingerBringer
All-analog ring modulator recreating the Moog MF-102 for experimental tones from subtle lo-fi to piercing harmonics.
The RingerBringer is Warm Audio's recreation of the legendary Moog MoogerFooger MF-102 ring modulator — a studio tool that created experimental tones for artists from Radiohead to Nine Inch Nails to The Mars Volta. Jeff Beck was another famous user of the original unit. All-analog circuitry generates new frequencies and harmonics by multiplying your input signal with an internal oscillator. LFO, MOD, FREQ, and RATE controls provide extensive modulation options, from subtle lo-fi textures to piercing, infinite ringing that ventures into truly experimental territory. The RingerBringer accepts line-level signals and offers CV inputs for integration with synthesizers and modular systems. This is creative sound design in pedal form — a tool for players willing to go beyond the usual modulation palette into dissonant, metallic, and alien territory.
