Black Spiral II

The Black Spiral II from Spiral Electric FX is a versatile, aggressive silicon fuzz with a wide-open bias control and three discrete voicing options.

A hybrid tonestack drawn from the maker's Brute and Allora pedals, plus plenty of output, gives it a darker, fatter voice than the original, with an emphasis on thick rhythm tones and horn-like leads. The bias control ranges from full and saturated to starved and gated. Hand-built by Tom Cram, it's aimed at players who want a modern, adjustable, high-output fuzz.
