DAD250+

The DAD250+ is Progress Pedals' first production pedal, a drive based on the DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 and MXR Distortion+, the first op-amp distortions. Gain and Level set the amount and output in the classic two-knob style, and it adds features those originals lacked: switchable clipping options for different diode voicings and a low-pass filter to tame the top end. That covers clean boost, gritty vintage op-amp overdrive and fuller distortion. It's true bypass and runs on a standard 9V supply. A hand-built take on the 1970s op-amp drive with modern tone-shaping and more output.
