The Tower

The Tower is Organic Sounds' original fuzz based on close analysis of the vintage Big Muff, built with carefully selected transistors of different part numbers for its particular character. Volume, Tone and Gain give the familiar Muff layout, and the range runs from crunchy overdrive-into-fuzz tones at low gain up to a dirty high-gain fuzz-distortion at maximum that still keeps the instrument's character intact rather than smearing into mush. Hand-crafted in Japan, it's aimed at players who want a Muff-style voice with vintage nuance and more usable definition than a stock unit. A larger Big Tower version is also offered.
