Manis

The Manis is Keeley's entry into the Klon/Klone family — a late arrival to the Klon-clone party but a distinctive one. At its core it captures the mythic low-gain grit and dynamic clean-to-driven response of the Klon Centaur. Three primary controls: Tone, Drive, and Level. A Ge-Trans switch selects between germanium diodes (for classic Klon-style grit) and a pair of Cold War-era transistors (for increased sustain and a more tube-like compression). A Bass+ switch adds a dedicated low-end boost for single-coil pickups — enhances low frequencies by an octave with +3dB. Runs 9V-18V for additional headroom and clarity. Switchable between true bypass and buffered bypass. 15mA current draw. Compact 2.7 x 2.6 x 5 inch enclosure.
