HM-6

The HM-6 reworks the Boss HM-2, the Swedish death-metal 'chainsaw' distortion, into a more flexible modern pedal. Alongside Volume and Gain it adds a Clean Blend to mix dry signal back in for note definition under heavy gain, plus a full active three-band EQ of Bass, Mid and Treble in place of the HM-2's fixed two-knob tone. That lets you dial the buzzsaw HM-2 sound with everything maxed, then pull it back into tighter, more articulate high-gain territory that also works for bass and down-tuned guitar. It runs on 9V center-negative, draws 60mA, and uses true-bypass soft switching.
