The Green Russian Muff is Fredric Effects' recreation of the rare Sovtek 'bubble font' Big Muff, the military-green Russian muff prized for its fat, smooth low end and pronounced upper mids.

Simple Volume, Tone and Sustain controls cover thick rhythm fuzz through long, sustaining leads, and it suits both guitar and bass. It runs on a standard 9V centre-negative supply or a battery.
