Two-channel '80s-voiced distortion with a three-band active EQ and a presence/modeling control.
The Eighty Master is a two-channel distortion from Formula B voiced after the sound of 1980s hard rock, with independent Gain 1 and Gain 2 stages that can be footswitched for rhythm and lead levels.
A three-band active EQ (Bass, Mids, High) plus a Modeling control for presence gives wide tone-shaping, from tight crunch to saturated high-gain leads, and a master Volume sets output. It runs on a 9V DC center-negative supply at around 20mA. Hand-built in Todi, Italy by Marco Bovelli.
