Percolator

The Percolator is Electro-Harmonix's take on the rare 1970s Interfax HP-1 Harmonic Percolator, using asymmetrical clipping that emphasizes even-order harmonics for an oddball, characterful dirt.

A Harmonic control sets the input gain from dynamic low-gain drive to saturated fuzz, and a Drive/Fuzz toggle engages or bypasses the clipping diodes: Drive mode behaves like a raw transistor overdrive with gritty breakup, while Fuzz mode brings heavier, gated fuzz. Relay true bypass supports latching or momentary switching. It's a budget-friendly take on a cult circuit.
