The Deluxe Big Muff Pi keeps the classic NYC Big Muff circuit and adds the studio-grade controls the original never had. Original Volume, Tone, and Sustain stay. The foot-switchable mid EQ section is the big addition — a ±10dB boost/cut on a sweepable Freq knob (310Hz to 5.0kHz) with a HIGH/LOW Q switch for resonance bandwidth. An expression pedal can sweep the mid frequency in real time. An Attack knob preserves pick articulation at high sustain settings. A Gate eliminates noise between notes without killing the dynamics. A Bass Boost/Normal switch adds low-end weight when you need it. True bypass. 9V battery or 9.6V adapter, 22mA. The Muff made usable in a full band mix without losing its character.
