The Secret Engine is DanDrive's germanium fuzz inspired by the vintage JHS Zonk Machine, hand-wired in Germany with the warm, characterful voice of period germanium transistors.

Beyond the core Volume and Fuzz controls it adds two tricks: a Bias knob to move from full and thick to gated and sputtery, and a switch that boosts the mids to help it cut through a mix. It cleans up from the guitar's volume and covers vintage fuzz through broken, starved textures.
