Get the Name of the Dog! is a JFET-based overdrive from Baltimore Sonic Research Institute, using field-effect transistors for a dynamic, amp-like drive that responds directly to picking and guitar volume.

It covers edge-of-breakup grit through fuller, saturated overdrive, cleaning up when you back off and pushing harder as you dig in, more like a small tube amp than a mid-heavy screamer. It's a hand-built, boutique take on a transparent everyday drive, made in the USA.
