The B-303 Metal is a multi-stage distortion from Big Joe's analog B-300 series aimed at heavy rock and metal. Cascading gain stages give thick mids and lows, long sustain and a saturated, aggressive voice with enough tightness for palm-muted riffing.

Alongside Gain and Level, a Shape control boosts or cuts the midrange to move between scooped modern metal tones and a more forward, cutting voice. It handles chugging rhythm and sustaining leads equally well. True bypass, powered by a 9V battery or a standard 9V DC center-negative supply.
