Electrical Overdrive

The Electrical Overdrive is a dynamic, touch-sensitive drive with Volume and Gain plus a center-detent Tone control that rolls off highs clockwise and lifts them counterclockwise, making a flat starting point easy to find. A second footswitch swaps the clipping between germanium and LED, shown by a dual-color LED: green for the softer, compressed germanium voice and red for a bolder, punchier LED sound. Internal trimmers set a clean-boost level, a bright cut and the standby LED brightness. It cleans up with the guitar volume and moves from a sweet, detailed boost to the loose, sagging roar of a cranked vintage tube amp. Hand-built boutique pedal.
